At La Cucina Colorata, each board or box is prepared with the daily products available (seasonal and purchased fresh in our local markets).

 

When designing and creating your order, it is possible that the availability of some products may vary occasionally, these ingredients could be substituted by similar, fresh and high quality ones.

What are the Policies to take into account?

All orders need to be picked up within 30 minutes of the time stipulated by the customer, otherwise the order will be canceled without refund.

What is the Return Policy?

For Orders Under $300

  • We offer a 100% refund for orders that are canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
  • Orders canceled less than 72 hours prior to delivery/pickup date will not be refunded.

 

For Orders Over $300

  • We offer a 100% refund for orders canceled at least 7 days prior to the delivery or pickup date.
  • We offer a 50% refund for orders canceled between 4-7 days prior to the delivery or pickup date.
  • Orders canceled less than 4 days prior to the delivery/pickup date will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, all products sold by sale or gift card cannot be returned under any circumstances.
